We encourage long contact hours at MacDoc and you never ever have to apologize for calling us - we have full control over our communications and if we want a break, rest assured we will take it. Email is really useful to us as it allows us to time shift but you are welcome to call 24/7 - you are not disturbing us and often helping relieve the monotony of a long drive or a "fish free" fishing excursion. We do ask that you use your Mac help in your finder for basic questions and contact companies directly for issues related to their specific products as they have excellent troubleshooting staff. Knowledgeable clients know our value to them - we encourage you to learn about your Mac and when you are stumped or need a "speed treat" feel free to call us anytime. And remember "Send friends"
